* SwiftTesting: NoiseProtocolTests + BinaryProtocolPaddingTests

* SwiftTesting: `NotificationStreamAssemblerTests`

* SwiftTesting: `BinaryProtocolTests`

* SwiftTesting: `PeerIDTests`

* SwiftTesting: `BLEServiceTests`

* SwiftTesting: `GeohashBookmarksStoreTests`

* Remove `peerID` test constants
