Update terminology to be more human-friendly

- Change 'nick:' to 'name:' in the UI
- Replace 'peer/peers' with 'person/people' throughout
- Update 'No peers connected' to 'No people connected'
- Fix menu layout with fixedSize()
- Update debug messages to use 'people' instead of 'peers'
