This change provides a consistent look and feel for top bars across the following sheets: - DebugSettingsSheet - MeshPeerListSheet - LocationNotesSheet - LocationChannelsSheet - LocationNotesSheetPresenter (for the location unavailable state) The `BitchatSheetCenterTopBar` has been removed as its functionality is now covered by the more flexible `BitchatSheetTopBar`. * Refactor: Use BitchatSheetTopBar in MeshPeerListSheet --------- Co-authored-by: GitHub Action <action@github.com>
