- Add FileViewerDialog with system open/save, FileProvider and file_paths
- Hook transfer progress to file sending UI
- Manifest: READ_MEDIA_* and FileProvider
- Fix MessageHandler saving and prefix for non-image payloads
- Add helper utils (FileUtils)
